Nordisk Spare Poles are available as accessories for every Nordisk tent style, offering the possibility to prolong the lifetime of your Nordisk tent substantially. So if you by accident lose, break or bend one of your Nordisk tent poles, there is no need to worry: simply exchange the damaged pole with a new tailored replacement pole. Even if nothing is broken, a spare set of poles is good to bring along on tour as extras or for e.g. a tarp solution. All Nordisk spare poles have detachable bungs offering the possibility to shorten and tailor the poles for other purposes, but still in the well known Nordisk quality.
The story behind the name
Svalbard is an archipelago in the Arctic and the northernmost part of mainland Europe, right between Norway and the North Pole. It has seven national parks full of seabirds, polar bears, reindeer and marine mammals as the Arctic climate here is significantly warmer than other areas at the same latitude. Svalbard has only few roads which is why snowmobile, aircraft and boat are the preferred vehicles.
